Tanya Getzfrid – Senior Customer Support Associate

Tanya joined Insight Worldwide in 2012 after 5 years in varying customer support roles, including customer loyalty and retention. She is now the senior trainer for Insight Worldwide and continues to support our valued partners by providing the best customer experience possible. In her years with Insight she has gained experience and been involved in; Internal Employee Training, Customer Retention, Internal Systems Auditing, Customer Training and Sales/Marketing Support.
