New York state law (SB S3343A) mandates that every employer is required to provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training. Each employee must receive training on an annual basis.
Under New York City’s Local Law 96 of 2018, employers with 15 or more employees are required to conduct anti-sexual harassment training for their employees.
In either case, both state and city laws required you to provide training every year.
