Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Illinois state law (SB 75) mandates that every employer with employees working in Illinois must provide the prevention training program. The training shall be provided at least once a year to employees. 

For owners of bars and restaurants a supplemental training program will be required. This supplemental training program must be completed at least once a year by all employees within the bar and restaurant industry, regardless of employment classification.
