Bill Johnston
Bill JohnstonPresident
Bill’s company is one of the most well-known and respected in employment screening. He’s occupied expert leadership positions in the industry since 1985 and used that collective knowledge to start Insight Worldwide in 2000. Prior to building his company, Bill developed excellent work habits and business skills in the restaurant business. He attended Oregon State University where he studied Business. Bill is the current President of The Committee, formed in 1929 established with business leaders in Oregon. The purpose of The Committee is to help state and local business grow and being an entrepreneur like his father and grandfather it was a natural transition for Bill to lead this group. Bill is involved with many industry associations, including: American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, TempNet, Affiliated Staffing Group, LeadingAge, Assisted Living Federation of America, California Assisted Living Association, American Correctional Association and the National Restaurant Association.

Bill lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife, Jani, of 48 years and surrounds himself with his two children and five grandchildren. In his spare time, you’ll catch him snow skiing, riding motorcycles, golfing, or doing any number of fitness activities. He holds several certificates from the Portland International Raceway certifying his high-speed driving credentials in his Porsche, making him difficult to keep up with! Bill’s drive and determination is what makes his company one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Oregon, three years running.

Greg Miles
Greg MilesVice President, Operations
Greg has more than 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing management. He’s worked for such well-respected businesses as First Pacific Corporation, where he was named Marketing Employee of the Year, and Owens-Illinois Corporation, where he was twice named Sales Leader of the Year. In addition to founding CSA Enterprises, a marketing and print brokerage business, Greg has served on the board for the School of Business and the fundraising board for Oregon State University. With Insight since the beginning, Greg has been involved in test development and the continual validation of testing methods, including co-pioneering internet-based integrity assessments. Some of the most rewarding challenges for Greg include working with our team of industrial organizational psychologists, legal and IT engineers to develop the most cutting edge and predictive instruments that accurately and fairly evaluate applicants for Insight clients.

Greg lives in Salem, Oregon , and when he’s not working he likes to spend time with his wife, Cherri, their two grown children and expanding family. Fun facts about Greg: he likes participating in competitive automotive events, learning to sail, he’s a sucker for chocolate, and he swears he doesn’t color his hair.

David Fineran
David FineranNational Sales Executive
David joined Insight Worldwide in June of 2014, providing 13 years of senior leadership experience and expertise in sales, marketing, personnel management and human resources solutions. As National Sales Executive for Insight Worldwide he consults with our partners to deliver industry focused pre-employment integrity and performance assessments. He is also involved with the validation of hiring assessments for senior living communities and staffing agencies nationwide.

An alum of Gonzaga University’s school of business, David is also a former United States Army Captain having served a multitude of assignments nationally and internationally.

David lives in Salem, Oregon, and recently married his wife, Lindsey. When not at work or seeking adventures with his wife (camping, hiking, fly fishing and cycling), he can be found volunteering for several non-profit organizations.

Harold Orsborn
Harold OrsbornDirector of Business Development
Harold joined Insight Worldwide in 2009 after 20 years in the newspaper industry where he held leadership, management and administrative roles. As Director of Business Development at Insight, Harold leads the sales and marketing efforts in the delivery of industry leading pre-employment assessments.

His role at Insight also includes involvement in the development and validation of hiring assessments for staffing, senior living, corrections and many other industries as well as speaking engagements on use of psychometric assessments in hiring for industry associations and partners. He has served on Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Public School Foundations, and other not-for-profit boards and executive teams.

“Working with great people to help clients solve their hiring challenges,” are the things he likes most about his work at Insight. Harold also enjoys golf, bike riding, swimming, farming and spending time with family.

Erin Keller
Erin KellerOperations Manager
Erin joined Insight Worldwide in 2007 after 10 years in the mortgage industry which included 3 years of self-employment in loan processing. She brought with her valuable skills in accounting and customer service management and in her years with Insight she’s gained experience and been involved in: Legal Reviews, Translation Coordination, Human Resources, Accounting, and Customer Service Management. In addition, Erin works closely with The University of Florida’s Human Resource and Research Center coordinating new test development and validation studies.

Erin lives in Salem, Oregon with her husband, Dustin, and son, Tyler. Her hobbies include photography, reading, painting, and hiking. She and her husband enjoy exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

Dr. Mo Wang
Dr. Mo WangDirector, Human Resource Research Center
Dr. Mo Wang is a tenured Professor at the Warrington College of Business at University of Florida. He is also the Director of Human Resource Research Center at University of Florida. He specializes in research areas of retirement and older worker employment, expatriate and newcomer adjustment, occupational health psychology, leadership and team processes, and advanced quantitative methodologies. He received Academy of Management HR Division Scholarly Achievement Award (2008), Careers Division Best Paper Award (2009), European Commission’s Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for Work, Organization, and Personnel Psychology (2009), and Emerald Group’s Outstanding Author Contribution Awards (2013 and 2014) for his research in these areas. He also received Early Career Contribution/ Achievement Awards from American Psychological Association (2013), Federation of Associations in Behavioral and Brain Sciences (213), Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (2012), Academy of Management’s HR Division (2011) and Research Methods Division (2011), and Society for Occupational Health Psychology (2009). He was the Editor of The Oxford Handbook of Retirement. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief for “Work, Aging, and Retirement” and an Associate Editor of “Journal of Applied Psychology”. He currently serves on the Editorial Boards of six other academic journals. Dr. Wang is the President of Society for Occupational Health Psychology (2014-2015) and the Director for the Science of Organizations Program at National Science Foundation (2014-2015).
