Erin Keller – Operations Manager
Erin joined Insight Worldwide in 2007 after 10 years in the mortgage industry, including 3 years of self-employment in loan processing.
She brought with her valuable skills in management, customer service, and accounting. In her years with Insight she’s gained experience in; Human Resources, Project Coordination, Training Development, and Legal Reviews.
In addition to overseeing various aspects of day-to-day operations and Customer Service management, Erin also acts as Insight’s IT business liaison for the continued development of and enhancements to the client administrative platform, and works closely with the University of Florida’s Human Resource and Research Center coordinating new test development and validation studies.
