Dr. Layla Mansfield

Dr. Mansfield is a Senior HR Consultant with over ten years of professional experience with expertise in test development for certification and licensure examinations, survey and assessment development, data analysis, and training development. Dr. Mansfield is also an adjunct professor at Portland State University teaching human resources and organizational behavior.  Prior to her work with Insight Worldwide, Dr. Mansfield worked as an occupational health researcher studying the factors that contribute to occupational accidents and injuries.
