Dr. Gabriela (Gabby) Nielsen
Dr. Gabby Burlacu is an industrial-organizational psychologist who has helped organizations all over the globe design, transform, and measure the impact of their human resources initiatives. She specializes in the design and deployment of leadership assessments, with expertise in incorporating assessment programs into a company’s culture and operations. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Portland State University, teaching management and business courses focused on effective hiring and performance management practices. Dr. Burlacu’s work has been published in numerous academic and applied publications, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Oxford Handbook of Leader-Member Exchange, the Huffington Post, HR Technologist, and World Economic Forum.
